# Plans and Billing

Every <span data-t="appName">SDRPilot</span> plan includes one sender, which is one connected LinkedIn account, and the AI agent that finds leads and answers them. The agent's replies and research are included in your plan. Nothing is billed per message or per lead.

## Plans

Prices are per month and exclude VAT. You pay in euros in the EU, in pounds in the UK and in US dollars everywhere else, with the same numbers: Pro is €97, £97 or $97.

On **Agency**, each client workspace beyond the first 10 costs $27 per month. **Agency Unlimited** has no limit on client workspaces.

## The free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged before the trial ends. On the last day the plan starts and the first month is charged to that card. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

## Managing your plan

Open **Settings → Billing** and choose **Manage billing**. That opens the billing portal, run by our payment provider Stripe, where you can:

* switch to another plan
* add or remove extra senders
* update your card
* see and download past invoices
* cancel your plan

Invoices and receipts are emailed to you by Stripe after every payment.

## VAT

Prices exclude VAT. Businesses in the EU can enter their VAT number at checkout, and it is shown on every invoice.

## If a payment fails

When a payment fails, your agent pauses: it stops sending connection requests and messages. Nothing is deleted. Update your card in **Settings → Billing → Manage billing** and the agent resumes once the payment goes through.

## Cancelling

Cancel any time in **Settings → Billing → Manage billing**. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the agent stops, and all your leads, conversations and settings are kept, so everything is still there if you start a plan again.

To stop using a sender without cancelling your plan, disconnect that LinkedIn account from its row in **Settings**.
