Create Your Account

You can create a SDRPilot account yourself in a few minutes. There is no waiting list and nobody has to approve you. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

Sign up

  1. Open app.sdrpilot.ai/auth?mode=signup.
  2. Choose Sign up with Google, or enter your email address and choose a password.
  3. If you used email, open the email we send you and click the confirmation link. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived after a few minutes. With Google there is nothing to confirm.
  4. Choose a plan: Pro, Agency or Agency Unlimited. Prices and what each plan includes are on Plans and Billing.
  5. Add a card on the secure checkout page. Businesses in the EU can enter their VAT number here.

Your trial starts as soon as the checkout is done. Nothing is charged during the 14 days. When the trial ends, the plan you chose starts and your card is charged for the first month. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

After checkout

You land back in SDRPilot and the Onboarding Wizard opens. It asks for your website, builds your AI agent and its playbook from it, lets you test the agent, and connects your LinkedIn account. You can stop halfway and pick it up later, because your progress is saved.

Everything you need lives in SDRPilot. There is no other app to install and no other account to create.

Signing in later

Open app.sdrpilot.ai and sign in with Google or with your email and password. Your workspace is stored on your account, not in one browser, so signing in on another device just works.

Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page, enter your email address and follow the link in the email we send you.

Cancelling and receipts

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. That opens the billing portal, where you can also update your card and download invoices. Invoices and receipts are emailed to you by Stripe, our payment provider.

Champions Circle members: you do not need to create a new account. Choose Sign in with DM Champ under the sign-in form (or open app.sdrpilot.ai/auth/dmchamp) and enter the email and password of your DM Champ account. Your workspace stays linked to that DM Champ account, and if a workspace already points at a different DM Champ account, SDRPilot refuses the link and tells you so. You keep paying the seat fee of 250 AI credits per LinkedIn account per 30 days from your DM Champ balance, and your agent’s business details, FAQs and knowledge stay on your DM Champ agent.
