Your Dashboard

The dashboard is the home screen after you sign in. It is the one place that answers the two questions you will ask every morning: is my agent working, and what does it need from me.

Everything on it counts in your own day. “Today” means today in the timezone set on your workspace, so your numbers reset at your midnight, not somewhere else’s.

LinkedIn sessions

The first panel shows every LinkedIn account on your workspace and whether its session is alive. Connected means the agent can work on that account. Session ended by LinkedIn means LinkedIn signed the account out, and Disconnected means it is signed out for another reason. In both cases nothing goes out from that account until you sign in again, so click Reconnect next to it to open Settings. Setting up means a new account is still getting ready.

The panel checks again every minute while the dashboard is open.

The top cards

The row of cards at the top is your outreach funnel for the period you pick at the top right, 7, 30 or 90 days: leads captured, qualified, connection requests sent, accepted, replies, and booked meetings or pipeline moves. Use it as the pulse check. If it is flat on a working day, the budget panel and the queues panel below will say why.

The cards are not just numbers. Click Leads Captured or Accepted and the leads page opens with exactly the people behind that figure for the period, already filtered. Click Connections Sent and you get today’s recipients, so when the agent has sent 20 requests today you see who they went to in one click, each with the date the request went out under its Pending badge. The filters that open are ordinary lead filters, so you can widen them to the full period, narrow them further or save them as a view.

Agent status

One card per agent, with its status, active, paused or needing attention, and what it has done today. An agent that is paused sources nothing and sends nothing until you start it again.

Today’s LinkedIn budget

Five ring gauges per connected LinkedIn account: connection requests, messages, profile views, searches and research scrapes. Each ring shows what has been used against what today’s ceiling is.

Around the rings are chips that explain the ceiling:

  • Active hours, which says whether the window is open, when it closes, or when it next opens. Outside the window, sending waits.
  • Warm-up, which shows the day a new account is on. A new account climbs its limits one day at a time, so today’s ceiling is lower than your configured limit on purpose.
  • The monthly search budget, which is a separate allowance that resets at the start of each month.
  • The reset time for the daily gauges.

Full detail is in Daily Limits and Active Hours.

Queues

What each LinkedIn lane is doing right now, what is waiting and why, and the next jobs due to run. Work waits for ordinary reasons: the window is closed, today’s budget is spent, or the account is already busy with another action. The panel names the reason and the time it resumes, so a quiet agent is explainable rather than mysterious.

Needs attention

Conversations the agent handed to you. These are the ones where a human answer is worth more than an automated one, so they sit here until you reply. This is the panel to clear first.

Activity feed

A live log of what the agent did, action by action, with the most recent at the top. It is the fastest way to confirm that something you expected really happened.

Trend charts

Sparklines over the last seven and thirty days for the metrics that matter, plus a daily history where each metric has its own strip and its own scale, so a small number is still readable next to a large one. There is also a funnel view from leads found through to replies and booked conversations.
